Azeez is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a Masters Degree in Finance. He has professional experience of more than 12 years. Prior to joining TKM Associates, Azeez was working as Finance Manager for Universal Hospital Group.

He has developed vast experience in devising innovative financing structures, typical structured finance solutions involved Mergers & Acquisition financing, structured promoter financing for new projects, joint ventures, infrastructure, real estate funding, asset financing, project financing, structured products for balance sheet, capital structure and liquidity management.

He possesses rich experience in the field of auditing and assurance services and has been associated with various engagements for assurance services on various industries primarily in Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Power, Technology and Infrastructure and Banks. His areas of expertise encompass Statutory Audits, Ind- AS implementations and conversions, IFRS reviews and conversions, Risk Advisory,Investigations and Special Audits, Tax Audits, and Data analytics

Shihab is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has also qualified the professional program with ICSI. He has professional experience of more than 12 years.

Prior to joining TKM Associates, Shihab has worked with the Internal Audit and Finance Department of United Arab Shipping Company in Dubai. He has been to many countries across 4 continents providing audit and assurance services, resolving various Direct and Indirect Tax issues for many agencies and subsidiaries of United Arab Shipping Company.He has extensive experience in audit and finance of Shipping Industry and has brought huge savings for the company by cost control methods and closing the revenue leakage gaps.

The nature of services has ranged from statutory audit, internal audit, and internal controls audit to investigations, tax audit and special audits.He also possesses rich experience in the field of Project Financing and Direct Tax compliance & representation.His key competencies include Procurement and Construction/ Commissioning contracts, providing litigation support/ representing clients at various Judicial levels, conducting Due Diligence reviews, assisting clients in audits conducted by various Authorities.
